The 'Boutique Cake Studio' TEAM are pleased to be offering the internationally recognised PME training classes at both Cranham and Ongar; PME Professional Diploma in 3 modules - Sugar Flowers, Royal Icing and Sugar Paste. 
If all 3 modules are successfully completed then you will be awarded a PME Masters Certificate. Traditional and Contemporary techniques will be taught by our PME official trainer!
